RelayCon is back | 2026 registration now open

RelayCon2026 is open to active Relay carriers in good standing. See our recap of our 2025 event.

Amazon offers a dedicated event for Relay carriers to get ahead of peak season: RelayCon. This isn’t a webinar you half-listen to. It’s an in-person experience designed around the things that matter most to your trucking business: earning more, running smarter, and planning ahead.

RelayCon 2026 is happening September 9th–11th in Las Vegas, and registration is officially open. Whether you attended last year or you’re hearing about it for the first time, here’s what’s true about RelayCon that isn’t true about any other trucking event.

What is RelayCon?

RelayCon is Amazon Relay’s annual carrier event. It’s two days of keynotes, hands-on sessions, one-on-one consultations, and networking with carriers from across the country. It’s built for carriers at every stage, and every size, from owner-operators to large fleets.

This year, attendees will hear the peak season outlook for Q4—including projected demand—directly from Relay leadership.

Why go to RelayCon 2026?

Carriers who attend RelayCon leave with clearer performance plans, stronger industry connections, and direct access to the teams building the tools they use every day.

This year, there’s even more on the schedule, including vendors offering Relay-specific promotions. Plus, we’re introducing 3 breakout tracks built, so you can choose the sessions that match your goals:

  • Builder: Learn what’s available to you through Relay and how to use it. Sessions focus on helping you activate the tools and rewards that make every mile worth more.
  • Scaler: For carriers evaluating new lanes, load types, or fleet growth. Sessions cover how to know when you’re ready to expand and the tools that make it easier.
  • Optimizer: For carriers focused on efficiency and long-term planning. Sessions cover industry trends and investments that can keep your business ahead of where freight is going.

What to expect at RelayCon 2026

  • The Yard: More than 50 booths organized into different parts of your business: the tools that get you on the road, the opportunities that help grow your volume, the data behind your scorecard, and the support that keeps you running. Relay teams are at every stop. Yard Talks are also back, with breakout speakers delivering quick sessions on fuel, maintenance, and more.
  • The Pit Stop: Got a payment, performance, or trip issue? Bring it. This year, we’re adding dedicated stations to help you get answers face-to-face.
  • Scorecard consultations: Review Safety Scorecard numbers one-on-one with Relay leadership and build a plan for what’s next.
  • Networking matched with carriers inyour track: Last year, carriers told us open mixers made it hard to find peers running similar businesses. This year, you can be matched by track (business stage) in dedicated sessions that start before the main conference begins.
  • The Garage: New to RelayCon this year, focused on safety. Hands-on maintenance demos and repair activities that showcase some of Amazon’s cutting edge technology and safety investments.
