RelayCon 2025 is right around the corner. Active Relay carriers in good standing* are invited to join us in Las Vegas.
During this 2-day, invite-only event, Amazonians and successful Relay carriers will share their perspectives on freight business opportunities – that means actionable booking and performance guidance by Relay, for Relay. In addition to networking and a chance for peer-to-peer mentorships with fellow carriers, RelayCon attendees will also get first access to a portion of Amazon’s peak season contracts.
Here’s what to expect from this year’s event.
- When: September 24-25, 2025
- Where: The Venetian, Las Vegas
- Early bird rate**: $149 through July 18th, 2025
- Standard rate**: $249 from July 19th through August 26th, 2025
What is RelayCon?
RelayCon is the annual in-person event for Relay carriers in the US. It’s hands-on learning about how Amazon’s freight network opportunities can help expand trucking businesses and potentially increase their revenue.
Attendees also engage with other carriers to build the connections that help their businesses thrive, in between occasions to provide feedback on Relay features.
For specifics about who carrier owners can bring, and what travel expenses Amazon will cover, see the RelayCon registration website.***
Why attend RelayCon 2025
Each year, RelayCon attendees can look forward to keynotes, breakouts, and a leadership Q&A – all opportunities to see Relay’s commitment to listening and learning from carriers (see highlights from last year).
Here’s a look at what else we have in store for RelayCon 2025.
- First access to a portion of peak season contracts: High-volume events are just around the corner. Attendees will get an early preview of Amazon opportunities during freight’s busiest time of year – and qualify to start booking them one week after RelayCon.
- Small-group sessions: Attendees can provide input on Relay’s tech features to support their business needs. They’ll also connect with carrier mentors to learn from their success stories about driver retention, fleet growth, and more.
- An inside look at new products: From safety to operational excellence, RelayCon attendees are the first to hear about what Amazon is launching and how it will improve the Relay carrier experience.
Visit the RelayCon registration website*** to see the full game plan for this exclusive event. Be sure to register in advance, as on-site registration won’t be available.
RelayCon 2025’s all-star lineup
- Amazon leadership: Through consultation, demonstration, or general Q&A, Relay experts will be on-site daily. They’ll share how Relay’s booking features and load types can support business growth strategies.
- A-game carriers: Attendees will hear from fellow Relay carriers who consistently score big during peak. Take a look at last year’s carrier panel for some of the industry insights shared in 2024.
- Emmitt Smith: Attendees will learn a championship mindset from a football legend. During his keynote, this NFL Hall of Famer will reveal his keys to effective leadership, grit, and greatness.
What are the requirements to attend?
RelayCon registration and attendance is invite-only, open to active Relay carriers in good standing.* Each company must maintain a minimum Relay performance grade of C+ through the event date.
Here’s how Relay carriers (new or just shy of a C+) can build their score before the registration cut-off.
- Performance analytics: Carriers can visit their Relay account’s Scorecard to see key areas for improvement. These metrics are related to a carrier’s reliability on past trips (on-time delivery, work rejections, etc.). Performance scores reflect the trailing six weeks of tendered loads, booked or hauled, and strong scores can unlock more work opportunities.
- Deals and discounts: Carriers can take advantage of exclusive Relay carrier offers on maintenance, parts, and rentals to get their fleet in top shape.
- Relay app: Carriers can download the Relay app on iOS or Android, then enable notifications for work opportunities and trip disruptions. Staying proactive about booking and managing loads can help carriers maintain or increase their scores.
